An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join a fully independent, proudly branded practice located just outside Newbury on the beautiful Berkshire/Hampshire border. With a strong reputation and a diverse client base spanning racing, sport, and leisure horses, this practice offers a genuinely varied and rewarding caseload where no two days are the same.

This is a welcoming, forward thinking team that values independence, clinical freedom, and doing what is right for both horses and clients. The role provides exposure across a wide range of equine services, including:

  • Preventative healthcare

An interest in stud medicine is welcomed and encouraged, with exciting plans to further build and develop the stud caseload, but it is by no means essential.
