We’re supporting a well-established small animal hospital in Margate with the recruitment of a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet to step into a leadership role, combining clinical work with the responsibility of guiding and developing a high-performing team.

You’ll play a key role in shaping clinical standards, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of a professional, compassionate service to patients and clients alike.
