An independent, forward-thinking veterinary practice in Swindon is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join its growing and supportive team. With a salary of up to £75,000 FTE, flexible working options and access to a state-of-the-art hospital with advanced facilities including CT, this role is ideal for both experienced vets and certificate holders. The practice is also happy to tailor the role around a vet’s specific interests or certificate area.
The Role- Full-time position – 4-day week
- Shared weekend rota
- No out-of-hours (OOH) commitments
- Flexible or part-time options available for the right candidate
- Opportunity to tailor caseload for certificate holders
The practice operates across five community branches alongside its modern hospital in Swindon, allowing vets to work across both first-opinion and referral-level services while collaborating with experienced colleagues and certificate holders.
Facilities & Clinical ServicesThe hospital provides access to advanced equipment and a wide range of specialist services, including:
- CT and advanced diagnostic imaging
- Arthroscopy and laparoscopy
- Endoscopy
- Ophthalmology
- Cardiology and respiratory medicine
- Orthopaedics
- Chemotherapy
- Advanced diagnostics
The team includes certificate holders in small animal internal medicine, surgery, diagnostic imaging and nutrition, creating an environment that supports clinical excellence and learning.
