Veterinary Billings Manager – Hybrid Working

Salary: Starting from £35,000 (increasing DOE, high limit for experienced managers)

Role: Full Time 40 hours Monday – Friday. 3 from practice 2 from home

A Few Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring invoicing and billing activity in real time to ensure accuracy
• Supporting teams with correct billing procedure to ensure pricing and revenue consistency
• Managing client care plans
• Ensuring compliance with billing protocols – audits and real time analysis/monitoring
• Acting as a central point of contact for team support
• Benchmarking
• Review and update pricing models

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or RVN with exposure to operational management.
• Detail‑oriented professional with excellent organisational skills
• Individual confident working with financial processes, PMS and administrative systems
• Strong communicator able to liaise effectively with clinical teams, clients and leadership
• Proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to work independently and innovate
