An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward thinking practice in the heart of Shropshire. This is a role for a confident clinical leader who wants to make a genuine impact, shaping standards of care, inspiring a team, and delivering outstanding outcomes for patients and clients alike. Set within a supportive and caring environment, the practice is equipped with excellent facilities and the very best treatment options, ensuring you can practice medicine at the highest level.
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will combine hands on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, delivering exceptional care during consultations and procedures while acting as a trusted point of guidance for colleagues. Working closely with the Practice Manager you will help to drive both clinical excellence and commercial performance, contributing to the ongoing success and sustainability of the practice. Clear communication, accurate treatment planning and a strong focus on client experience are central to this role.
This position is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who thrives on mentoring and developing others. The Lead Vet will play a key role in coaching the team, sharing best practice, introducing evolving clinical standards and fostering a positive, progressive culture where everyone is empowered to perform at their best.
