An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and dedicated team at a well‑equipped independent small animal practice in North West London. The practice is fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental X-ray, and an in‑house laboratory, enabling the team to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and high‑quality care to every patient. You’ll play an important role in both the clinical and operational running of the practice, with opportunities to take an active hand in monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with surgeries and consults, and contributing to the day‑to‑day organisation and smooth running of the clinic.
The current team includes a senior vet, a new graduate, and a developing vet with one year’s experience, supported by an experienced receptionist, an ACA, and part‑time support staff, all working together in a positive, down‑to‑earth atmosphere. Consultations run from 9–11am, 1–2pm, and 4–7pm, with surgeries typically completed by early afternoon, offering a great balance between clinical work and personal time.
