A well-equipped, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice in Liverpool is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and progressive team. This is a full-time opportunity (4 days per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays) offering up to ÂŁ85,000 per year, excellent benefits, and the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

The Role – Lead Veterinary Surgeon
Typically, the Lead Veterinary Surgeon will:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients through consultations and surgery
- Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to veterinary colleagues
- Lead by example, promoting best practice and high clinical standards
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced veterinary team
