The Opportunity
Experienced in leadership, or ready to take that next step in your nursing career? A growing independent vet clinic in London is looking for a confident leader to take on an exciting position as a lead RVN.
With a brand-new practice opening soon, they need someone to join their close-knit team with aPractice Manager, 2 vets, a VCA, a nurse and a client care team member. Join a team where you will feel supported and treated like an asset, where your voice matters just as much as your wellbeing.

What’s on offer?
- Unlimited CPD
- 5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays off
- Private healthcare
- A protected 1-hour lunch break on weekdays

Rota
- 4 days, Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
- Saturdays 9am-2pm only, on a shared rota (about 1 in 3)
- No Sundays
- Bank holidays off
- No out-of-hours or on-call
- No nights
What we’re looking for:
- An RCVS registered veterinary nurse
- Already a lead nurse or ready to step up
- Enjoyment for mentoring others and raising nursing standards
