We’re working with an independent, multi-award-winning veterinary group, who are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in the Sussex/Surrey area. This is a great opportunity for a Vet looking for variety, strong clinical support and genuine opportunities to develop. Whether you’re a newer graduate with some GP experience or an experienced Vet, you’ll be supported to build your skills and pursue your clinical interests. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload, from routine consultations through to soft tissue surgery and ECC, with plenty of experienced colleagues around to support you.

The Lead Vet is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in regenerative medicine and is passionate about supporting colleagues and helping them develop. You’ll be joining a really well-rounded clinical team, backed up by experienced RVNs and support staff. There’s a strong culture of learning and collaboration, so you’ll always have someone to turn to for advice or a second opinion. The practice is already well equipped, with exciting plans for further growth and development.
