Hours:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • 1 in 6 full weekends at a 24-hour hospital setting
  • Two weeks of on-call cover per year
  • 1–2 Bank Holidays annually
  • Balanced rota supporting clinical and leadership responsibilities

The Role:

In this role, you will lead the nursing function while remaining actively involved in patient care. You will oversee day-to-day clinical standards, mentor and develop nurses, manage workflows and rotas, and help create a positive, high-performing team environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain exceptional patient care, strong operational standards, and an outstanding client experience.
