An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern, recently refurbished small animal practice in Shropshire. This role is ideal for a veterinary professional with a strong surgical bias who is looking to take ownership of their caseload while continuing to develop their clinical expertise. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to shape their own clinical direction and build a rewarding caseload.

The Practice

  • Three spacious consulting rooms
  • Large prep area and fully equipped operating theatre
  • Ultrasound and dental equipment
  • Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs

The Role

  • 4-day working week
  • One in three Saturdays
  • No out-of-hours
  • Strong emphasis on clinical freedom and case continuity

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicants must be qualified Veterinary Surgeons and hold MRCVS status.
