The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal clinic in Birmingham. You’ll work closely with the veterinary team, gaining a varied and rewarding caseload while contributing to the clinic’s standards of clinical excellence. This is a role that combines hands-on clinical work with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Practice
- Purpose-built site (opened within the last 4 years)
- Operating theatre and large prep area
- Three consultation rooms
- Separate dog and cat recovery wards + isolation facilities
- Digital x-ray, ultrasound, and full dental suite with dental radiography
- In-house laboratory
- Dedicated office and staff facilities
- Out-of-hours and emergency care handled by trusted referral partners
The Team
You will be part of a collaborative and experienced team including:
- Other Veterinary Surgeons
- Head RVN and RVN team
- Veterinary Care Assistants
- Reception team
- Practice Manager

About You
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
- Confident in consulting and performing the full range of first opinion surgical procedures
- Able to work sole charge when required
