We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head RVN to lead a fantastic nursing team at a well-established, modern veterinary practice in Bristol. This role has become available due to the relocation of the current Head Nurse, creating an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership position within a supportive and progressive team.
As Head RVN, you’ll play a key role in leading the nursing team and supporting the delivery of consistently high standards of clinical care and customer service. You’ll be joining a friendly team who are passionate about their patients, their clients and supporting one another.
What we’re looking for:
- We’re looking for an RVN with a strong level of clinical experience who is confident and self-motivated.

The role:
- Salary: £34,000 – £42,000 depending on experience.
- Working pattern: 4 days per week.
- Shifts: 9-hour shifts.
- Weekends: 1:4 weekends.
- Duty nights: On a rotational basis.
- Location: Bristol.
