The practices are well‑equipped with modern facilities including digital x‑ray, ultrasound, an in‑house laboratory and all the equipment expected in a busy first‑opinion practice.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon with previous leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, mentoring colleagues and driving clinical excellence. As the Branch Partner and Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will inspire and develop the veterinary team while helping to shape the future growth and success of the practices.

• Monthly profit share alongside a guaranteed exit payment when leaving the partnership.

• Projected drawings increasing from approximately £110,000 in Year 2 to around £178,000 by Year 10.
• The opportunity to build significant equity, with projected practice values exceeding £1.2 million over time.

Partners receive ongoing support from dedicated teams covering: Finance, HR, marketing, procurement and facilities management. Regional Operations leadership. An experienced network of veterinary professionals and clinical specialists. Guaranteed minimum drawings equivalent to £75,000 during the early stages should practice profits be lower than anticipated. Ongoing business coaching and partnership development.

The successful applicant will have:

• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Surgeon.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a veterinary team.
• Excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care.
