The Candidate

The successful applicant will be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon with proven leadership experience, either as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, Clinical Director, or senior clinician with management responsibilities. They will be passionate about delivering outstanding clinical standards, supporting and developing colleagues, and building a successful, high-performing practice. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine commitment to patient and client care are essential.
