This long-established multidisciplinary practice in Northumberland is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join its experienced team. The Role

The Veterinary Surgeon will work across hospital and branch settings, providing high-quality consultations, diagnostic workups and routine surgery. There is also the opportunity to become involved in inpatient care and more complex cases, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The practice has certificate holders across surgery, medicine, ECC, dermatology, cardiology, behaviour and exotics, creating an excellent environment for knowledge sharing and professional development.

Full-time hours are around 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, although part-time and flexible working will be considered. Some out-of-hours work is included within the in-house rota.

About the Candidate

The practice is seeking a confident and motivated RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with small animal primary care experience. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, with strong support available.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with consultations and routine surgery, communicate well with clients and colleagues, and be keen to continue developing clinically.
