The Role
This Animal Nursing Assistant position plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting vets and nurses across both clinical and client-facing duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Patient handling, restraint, and recovery support
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment
- Laundry, equipment care, and stock organisation
- Assisting with laboratory tasks, including sample preparation and running bloods
- Supporting inpatient care and general ward duties
- Some reception and administrative support
