The majority of your work will be over the phone, combined with some face-to-face interactions, so excellent communication skills are a must.

  • Cold Calling: Engage with candidates and clients to build strong relationships.
  • Advertising: Craft compelling job adverts and manage online postings.
  • Communication: Interact with candidates and clients via email, selling yourself and our services.
  • Search & Selection: Utilise internal and external databases to identify top talent.
  • Interviews & Assessments: Conduct phone interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow your client base.
  • Sourcing Talent: Use both Contingency and Search & Selection methods to find professionals with salaries ranging from £30,000 – £100,000.
