Veterinary Surgeon - South East London

The new year is just over the horizon and if you are looking to start 2026 in a brand new position, we could have the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re an independent, friendly practice based just inside the M25, close enough to London for an easy commute, but far enough out to have space to breathe. Our team’s small, tight-knit, and genuinely supportive. No egos, no drama, just people who care about what they do.

We’re well‑equipped too; laparoscopy, dental X‑rays, ultrasound, rhinoscopy, endoscopy… you name it. We’ve got vets with certificates in ophthalmology and cardiology, and visiting surgeons who handle the big stuff like orthopaedics and advanced soft tissue.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who is confident with consults, surgeries and the usual day‑to‑day challenges. You’ll stay calm in a crisis, communicate clearly and work well with others. If you love surgery, brilliant, but if not, that’s fine too. We’re much more interested in attitude and approach than ticking every box.

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £65,000 (DOE)
• 4‑day week
• 1 in 4 Saturdays (9–5)
• No out‑of‑hours, Sundays or Bank Holidays
