Unit Manager – RGN/RMN Manchester | £22 per hour | ⏰ 48 hours per week (24 supernumerary) | Permanent, Full-time About the Role I am working with a fantastic provider who are seeking an experienced RGN/RMN with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Unit Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading one of our four units, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care while supporting and developing your team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse looking to take the next step in their career. What You’ll Do Lead and manage your unit, ensuring smooth, safe and effective care delivery. Support, mentor and motivate your nursing and care team. Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Maintain accurate records and apply sound clinical judgement. Oversee clinical governance, compliance and care planning. Work closely with the Home Manager to uphold our values and high standards.
