This role offers the chance to work in a busy and rewarding environment, caring for emergency patients overnight across wards and intensive care. You will be involved in the monitoring and treatment of complex cases while working alongside experienced clinicians and specialist nurses. Whether you already have out-of-hours experience, or are looking to transition into a more advanced clinical setting, full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional overnight nursing care to emergency patients
- Monitor and manage ICU and inpatient cases
- Administer treatments and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support patient recovery and continuity of care
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and nurses across multiple specialist disciplines
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient welfare
- Ensure efficient ward and ICU operations throughout the night
- Permanent position
- Average 24 hours per week
- 4 x 12-hour night shifts 7:30pm to 7:30am
- Flexible options available depending on candidate requirements
- Annualised holiday and CPD hours
