An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Surgical Lead Vet to join an award-winning, family-owned veterinary group in Greater London. This brand-new role offers the successful candidate the chance to work across three modern, purpose-built surgeries, all easily accessible within 30 minutes by tube or 45 minutes by car from central London.
The post holder will join a highly skilled team, delivering in-house orthopaedic and complex soft tissue services, with the potential to grow a surgical caseload through existing and new customers, as well as external referrals.
Who We're Looking For
- An AVP, Surgical Senior Vet, or certificate holder in orthopaedics
- Passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service
- Skilled in mentoring and training colleagues
- Adaptable, confident, and comfortable working across multiple sites
- Excellent in soft skills, building strong relationships with teams, clients, and pets
