Are you an entrepreneurial leader in adult social care with the vision to grow something special? A developing nursing home provider is currently looking for an Operations Director / Responsible Individual to oversee 5 Nursing Homes in South West Wales. The services specialise in the care of the elderly, those with dementia and complex care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a region of 4–5 elderly nursing homes.
- Support acquisition of properties and build from ground up.
- Have real autonomy across services from compliance, finance, management of registered managers, processes, business development and CIW processes.
- Work directly with the owners to support growth and success.
