We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join a highly exciting and ambitious project in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified Clinical Lead or Deputy Nursing Home Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and shaping a leading nursing home, setting exceptional clinical standards from the outset.

The Role
- As Clinical Lead / Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide strong clinical and operational leadership.
- You will be instrumental in developing best-in-class clinical governance, supporting nurses and care teams, and ensuring the nursing home consistently delivers safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible and effective clinical leadership across the nursing home.
- Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operational management.

About You
- Nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Nursing Home Manager is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, clinical governance, and safeguarding.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
