Service Leader

Service Leader (Level 1) – Supported Living Tullibody, Alloa Up to £30,000 DOE 37.5 hours per week We are looking for a professional & passionate Service Leader to join a progressive, well established and reputable charity managing their supported living services at their established service in the Tullibody area. The service caters for 6 individuals who each live within their own bungalows. The individuals suffer with visual & hearing impairment, learning disabilities, autism & mental health issues. They have a range of interests such as dancing, music, gardening & cooking & each bungalow has it's own dedicated staff team, offering 1.1 support. The team compromises of approx.. 25 staff but the team is growing! They are looking for someone who is looking for a long term role & is passionate & dedicated to person centred care & working alongside & supporting a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a supported living service.
