An independent veterinary practice in Scarborough is seeking a Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to provide clinical leadership, mentor a supportive team, and help shape the future of patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, Senior Vet, or Clinical Director looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining an excellent work–life balance, with a 4‑day week and no out‑of‑hours commitments.

The Role – Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon
The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role, influencing clinical standards and supporting team development, while maintaining an engaging and varied clinical caseload. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and day‑to‑day support to the veterinary team

- Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and support professional development

Work‑Life Balance & Hours

- 4‑day working week (8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00)
- Fixed day off each week
- 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (8:30–13:00)
