Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with RIBA stages and PAS2030/PAS2035 standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, designers and contractors.
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop retrofit plans that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance on retrofit strategies and implementation.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of retrofit initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retrofit coordination, holding Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator certification.
- Expertise in RIBA stages and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of LCC (Life Cycle Costing) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SAP calculations and Energy Calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in a related field.
