Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role that combines creativity, outdoor activities, and therapeutic support? This provider is hiring a Care Manager to lead their specialist service for children, young people, and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional or Behavioural Needs.
You’ll be based at our purpose-built site in Chester, featuring modern lodges set in open green space—perfect for sensory engagement and nature-based care. They are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred support, and a love for working in the outdoors.
What We Offer:
- £1,000 Welcome Bonus
- Salary: £41,000 – £56,000 (based on experience)

Your Role:

About You:
- Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting (children or young adults)

- Strong leadership and communication skills
