My client is a well-established care provider that provides excellent benefits, career progression and training. The home is a medium service which is popular with the local community and is close to local transport links and therefore easy access from surrounding areas. This lovely home boasts great (url removed) reviews and a Good CQC rating As the successful candidate you will be required to manage the nursing home and undertake 24hr operational responsibility of the services and provide Leadership and direction in meeting all people. My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic Registered Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team. You will be a highly motivated individual with a high level of personal drive and commitment to achieving the company's objectives.
