We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established home care service supporting older people to live independently in their own homes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality, person-centred care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the home care service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
- Lead, recruit, and support a team of care staff
- Monitor service quality, audits, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
- Oversee care planning to ensure individual needs are met
Services Include
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility support)
- Companionship, respite, and daily living assistance
- Meal preparation, medication reminders, and housekeeping
- Specialist care including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke, and post-hospital support
- Rehabilitation and wellbeing monitoring
