A well known and respected care home provider are looking for an experienced Clinical Home Manager for their nursing service in the Sevenoaks area. General elderly care, dementia, physical disability and end of life nursing care. The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Clinical Home Manager to start ASAP and assist with the development of a newly acquired dementia specialist nursing home. The Clinical Home Manager will take ownership of their medium sized service providing specialist care for elderly adults, and general care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced nurse registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Assist with the development process before opening
Skills / Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful home
- Experience in turning around a home / developing a home
- Experience in filling beds
- Experience with challenging behaviour & physical disabilities
- RGN / RMN
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
