We are recruiting a Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager to join one of the UK’s leading care home providers, supporting services across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and West London.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role focused on nursing home turnaround, improvement, and operational support. You will work across a portfolio of homes, stepping in where additional leadership is required to stabilise services and deliver measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver turnaround and improvement plans across multiple nursing homes
- Provide interim cover as a Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager where required
- Lead on quality improvement, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Support recruitment, retention, and development of management teams
- Build strong relationships with CQC, commissioners, and stakeholders
- Travel across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and West London
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) – essential
- Experienced Nursing Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager, or Regional Support Manager
- Strong background in turnaround, compliance improvement, and service recovery
- Confident leading teams through change, inspection, and performance improvement
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel – essential
- Passionate about delivering outstanding nursing and residential care
