We are looking for a Production CAD / Structural Designer to support Vectar Sets with the creation of cutter-ready files for lightweight scenic sets, broadcast desks, event structures and paperboard-based display builds.
The role involves taking 3D concepts or models and converting them into accurate 2D production files suitable for digital cutting on our JWEI flatbed cutter.
You must be comfortable working from Sketch Up, Fusion 360, Rhino, Solid Works or similar 3D models and translating them into clean, buildable 2D cutting files.
The ideal person will have experience in one or more of the following areas: structural packaging, corrugated display design, POS / FSDU design, exhibition fabrication, scenic construction, CNC cutting, laser cutting, digital ...
