Practice Ownership Could Be Closer Than You Think! Have you ever dreamed of running your own practice but felt overwhelmed by the ‘what ifs’? Maybe you’ve been held back by the unknowns, or find yourself wondering how you’d eventually step away from it all. The good news is with the right support, practice ownership doesn’t have to be daunting! In fact, it can be the most exciting step in your career. Imagine combining the independence of owning your clinic with a support network that takes care of the time‑consuming admin, answers your questions, and even offers a clear, guaranteed route for exiting the business. No more sleepless nights—just a solid foundation to grow your future.
One opportunity that stands out right now is on the outskirts of Peterborough. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team made up of 2 experienced Vets, 2 RVNs, a VCA and 2 CCAs, all committed to providing gold‑standard treatment and an outstanding client experience. You won’t be going it alone. The clinic benefits from the support of a dedicated night team at a nearby 24‑hour hospital, which also provides access to advanced imaging, surgery, and ongoing case support. The onsite team includes a highly dedicated HRVN who’s been part of the clinic since day one, along with practice management support to help with the daily running of the business.
The clinic handles a wide range of cases, both surgical and medical, and would particularly benefit from a reliable general practice vet with good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Located in a sought‑after market town, the practice enjoys a welcoming, community‑focused atmosphere with excellent schools, green spaces, and a high quality of life—making this a fantastic place to work and live!
