We are seeking a permanent Operations Director with RGN/RMN qualifications to oversee a portfolio of 7 care homes in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Director and be an experienced multi-site manager. You must possess excellent people skills and have the ability to coach and develop managers to achieve their best. A proven track record in helping homes achieve good ratings is essential. Advanced knowledge of the Care Inspectorate is required.
