South West based Care provider are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their service just outside of Exmouth. Dementia focused nursing home, 43 bed, requires some development. Non nurse managers with a background in nursing homes or a registered nurse manager with experience in dementia care.
The Director is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of their 43 bed nursing home providing specialist clinical and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC either nurse or non nurse.
Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
- Proven track record of successful home
- RGN/ RMN with a valid NMC PIN or nursing home management experience
- IT literate, competent and accurate
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
