About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager to lead a welcoming care home in Brockenhurst. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage budgets and maintain strong financial performance

About You
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within health or social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Business insurance (essential for travel during work hours)
- A nursing qualification (NMC-registered) is desirable but not essential — you’ll be supported by an experienced Clinical Lead.
- You’ll be friendly, kind, honest, and reassuring — a leader who inspires teams and builds a positive, high-performing culture.
