They are renowned for delivering a high standard of care and provide rehabilitative services to people with brain injuries / neurological conditions. My client seeks an accomplished registered clinical care home manager to join, develop and lead the staff in one of their brand new, purpose built ABI care homes based in Hampshire. This is a wonderful opportunity managed a brand new, market leading nursing home / care home / rehabilitation centre. This home is a market leading, state of the art service delivering the very best long term care and rehabilitative care to its service users. You will oversee care planning, safeguarding, health and safety, recruitment, budget management and you will oversee adherence to CQC legislation. Key requirements: • Candidates should hold a Nurse qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD will be considered) with at least 1 year experience in acquired brain injury care or neuro-rehabilitation. • Nursing Home Manager candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a home manager, ideally with a good track record of obtaining GOOD CQC reports. • We seek an experienced registered manager capable of taking ownership of the home and overseeing the management of its on-going development.
