I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing and residential home located near Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff. The service is a smaller service specialising in the care of the elderly with dementia.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes
- NVQ5 in Leadership and Management
- Strong understanding of CIW regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
- Demonstrated ability to improve CIW ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings.
- Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
