We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join a dedicated residential care team supporting children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to progress within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, child-centred care
  • Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist with staff supervision, development, and performance management
  • Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews
  • Promote positive outcomes for children and young people

Requirements:

  • Experience working in children’s residential care
  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (minimum)
  • Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
