Location: North East England & Scotland (covering up to six care homes)
We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support up to six elderly care homes across the North East and Scotland. This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with Home Managers to drive quality, compliance, occupancy and overall performance. You'll provide leadership, coaching and practical support, helping homes deliver outstanding person-centred care and achieve excellent regulatory outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience within elderly residential and/or nursing care.
- Previous multi-site, regional or home management experience.
- Strong knowledge of CQC and/or Care Inspectorate standards.
- Nurse qualified or non-nurse candidates considered.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
