About the Role:
As Nursing Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care for all residents. You will lead, motivate and develop the staff team, driving continuous improvement in line with CQC standards and organisational policies. Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing quality outcomes, occupancy, and reputation within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visible leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring a positive, professional culture and high staff engagement.
- Oversee delivery of person-centred care, ensuring robust care planning, review processes and clinical governance where applicable.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance, preparing for and managing CQC inspections and implementing any required action plans.
- Lead staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management.
