We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well‑established home care service supporting older people to live independently in their own homes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the home care service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
- Lead, recruit, and support a team of care staff
- Monitor service quality, audits, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
- Oversee care planning to ensure individual needs are met
