We are looking for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to become a Partner in a large, semi‐rural practice in the scenic town in Herefordshire. You'll also have the flexibility to work occasionally at another local practice to build strong links with the wider team and community. The practice is supported by an established team of 9 nurses and 8 reception/admin staff, as well as experienced colleagues to collaborate with. The role offers the chance to influence clinical direction, develop your leadership skills, and deliver excellent patient care, all with a sustainable work‐life balance.
We're seeking a clinically competent GP vet who is passionate about patient and client care. Someone who can lead, inspire, and understand the importance of tailored, exceptional care for every patient. Leadership or commercial experience is beneficial, but drive and ambition are what matter most; comprehensive support will be provided to help you succeed.
This unique model blends the freedom of traditional practice ownership with the security of wider support, plus the benefit of being part of a large network of fellow Branch Partners who share knowledge and experience.
- Financial Benefits & Exit Options
- Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership.
- Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years).
- Example: Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m.
- Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available.
Support Provided
- Clinical support network from experienced vets and specialists.
- Dedicated back‐office support (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, facilities).
- Regional Operations support to help run the practice smoothly.
- Initial drawings safeguarded (minimum £75k salary if profits are lower in early stages).
- Financing available via a deferred payment scheme, with loan options at competitive rates.
