Join a dynamic and recently refurbished veterinary practice in the heart of Nottingham as a Veterinary Surgeon, where you'll find the perfect opportunity to elevate your career! The practice is equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including ultrasound, digital X-ray, ECG, and access to advanced imaging like MRI and CT.
Practice Team and Environment
This thriving clinic boasts a team of four dedicated vets, one of whom is currently pursuing a certificate in medicine. Supporting them is a skilled team of three nurses, a student nurse, three patient care assistants, and two client care assistants, all led by an experienced head nurse who holds a certificate in animal behaviour and is an accredited Kennel Club trainer.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures, ensuring every patient receives tailored, top-quality treatment. You'll provide clients with clear updates and cost estimates, fostering trust and transparency. As a key team member, you'll mentor and develop your colleagues, enhancing their skills and driving clinical excellence. With responsibilities that include clinical handover and supporting out-of-hours care, you'll be at the forefront of advancing the practice's standards.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a proven track record of delivering outstanding care and working effectively within a team. You'll bring clinical leadership skills, experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture, and a passion for mentoring and supporting your team.
