We are recruiting a Nurse Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist nursing home. You'll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, supporting residents with dementia and complex nursing needs, and ensuring best-practice standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to improving the lives of residents, while fostering a positive, supportive environment for staff.
