About the Practice: Established in 1986, this respected 6-vet practice has built a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. Their ethos is simple yet powerful: do the best for the animals, work within clients' means, and care for the team with kindness and respect.

The Role: As Head Vet, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the practice's management team. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving exceptional clinical care and customer service
  • Leading by example and mentoring your colleagues

  • Supporting the continuous clinical development of the team
  • Helping to shape the future vision of this forward-thinking practice

Facilities & Equipment: Four consulting rooms, theatre, prep room, imaging suite, lab, separate dog, cat, and isolation wards, staff room with a coffee machine (including hot chocolate!). Equipment includes: Phillips Ultrasound, Digital Dental X-ray, Tonovet Plus Tonometer, Video endoscopy (gastroscope, bronchoscope, rhinoscope), Laparoscopic surgical stack, Full in-house Idexx laboratory including Sedivue.

Who We’re Looking For: A confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about clinical excellence, a supportive leader with great communication and team-building skills, someone who enjoys a fast-paced but friendly and fun working environment.
