We are seeking an experienced Chartered Fire Surveyor to join our growing team in London. The role will focus on FRAEW surveys, compartmentation inspections, and fire door assessments across a range of residential and commercial properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed site inspections, producing technical reports, identifying fire safety defects, and advising clients on remediation and compliance in line with current UK fire safety legislation and the Building Safety Act.
Requirements:
- MRICS or MCIOB qualified
- Strong experience carrying out FRAEW assessments
- Experience with compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections
- Good understanding of passive fire protection and UK fire regulations
- Excellent report writing and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
