We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing and residential care home in Liverpool. This is a leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the quality of care and overall wellbeing of residents, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice.
You will also lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses and carers, providing clinical guidance, coaching, and strong operational leadership to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective running of the home. A high level of professional judgement is required, along with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced care environment while maintaining excellent standards of documentation and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure high standards of nursing, dementia, and residential care delivery
- Oversee and maintain compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Provide leadership, supervision, and development for care and nursing teams
- Ensure personalised care plans are developed and regularly reviewed
- Promote dignity, independence, privacy, and choice for all residents
- Monitor clinical standards and lead on continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Act as a key decision-maker in relation to resident care and safeguarding
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Right to live and work in the UK
