Work as an ECC Nights Veterinary Surgeon in a truly independent out-of-hours clinic within a multi-disciplinary, RCVS accredited referral hospital, with full access to advanced diagnostics including CT, endoscopy, ultrasound, and on-site blood products. Responsibilities

  • Following training, responsibilities will include triaging and admitting emergency referrals under clinician direction, with exposure to complex cases such as GDV, haemoabdomen, pleural effusion, DKA and more.
  • You will manage an average of 5–15 inpatients per night from local practices and the on-site referral service, in addition to a varied and stimulating emergency caseload.

  • The ideal candidate will be a confident, capable and enthusiastic veterinary surgeon dedicated to ECC work, with high standards of clinical care, excellent record keeping, and a calm, professional approach.
